Honey harvest summer 2018

The box on top of the stack was takem off at the start with it's crown board on and put to one side before putting back on the hive after the other supers had been sorted through and their bees shaken off. There were a few frames of honey in it to take off. There were also some frames of honey in the super under the queen excluder. Altogether I took off five supers of honey from this colony and bees made no objections at all.Click here to see the video
